I had to take this picture over the heads of the masses, and could only achieve one picture of the whole car a lap (on the 3 in one second 14 burst mode) from where I was postioned.
A postcard picture. Ok so I cut the wing off, just because I was getting used to my 70 - 300 telescopic lens at full zoom, and the objects in front of the lens are now you see them now you don't .
On the Saturday before Hatfield Forest ( Time is merely a construct created by humans). My mate Steve asked if I wanted to go to Donington for the Renault World Series, and since he has a Clio 172, it was nice and easy access to the inner field.
Because the weekend was so lovely, Lee suggested that we should goto Hatfield Forest on the Sunday, and what a lovely day.
I loved the way the massive oak was the centre piece of the park, and rightly so. I decided to get rid of the cars, but rather than removing them I thought I would play
Amazingly this was the first time i have ever actually entered Gosfield Lake Visitor Centre (mainly cos Dave paid for me, cheers mate).
Ok so I've put a lens flare on the picture and vignetted the corners, but it adds an extra element to the picture, which was a little over exposed (I forgot to put the camera setting to RAW).
Because it was a lovely day Sunday, I decided to go to Gosfield Lake and take some photo's.
Getting to Gosfield Lake, you have to go through the village of Gosfield (funny that!), which just so happened had Scarecrow Weekend which had lot's of people flocking there.
Sounds all too Wickerman to me, I wonder how many came back?
